When to Raise an Escalation

If your issue has not been resolved, or you are dissatisfied with the response you have received, you can request for your case to be escalated.


How to Raise an Escalation

To escalate your case, please complete our Raise an Escalation form.

You will be asked to provide:

  • Your Test ID

  • OR your postcode and phone number (if you do not have your Test ID)

  • Details of your original enquiry or complaint

This allows us to locate your case and review it further.


What to Include

To help us assess your escalation, please include:

  • A summary of your previous contact

  • Why you are dissatisfied with the outcome

  • Any additional information you would like us to consider


What Happens Next

Your escalation will be reviewed by a senior member of the team. We will reassess your case and respond as soon as possible.


Important Information

Escalations are reviewed independently to ensure your concerns are handled fairly and thoroughly.
