When You May Need a Replacement

In your test kit, you should have four finger prickers, for the test you only need two. If you are missing your finger prickers, do not have enough to complete your test, or they are broken, you will need replacement finger prickers to complete your test.

How to Request a Replacement

To request more finger prickers, please complete the Replacement Request Form.

You will be asked to provide:

• Your Test ID

• OR your postcode and phone number (if you do not have your Test ID)

This information allows us to locate your order and process your request as quickly as possible.
