Change Contact Number

How to Request a Change of Contact Number

To update your name, please complete our Update Contact Details form.

You will be asked to provide:

• Your Test ID and one other identifier that is not your Contact Number

• OR two identifiers that are not your Contact Number

This allows us to verify your identity before updating your details.

Under the dropdown "Select the detail you would like to change", choose "Contact Number" to update your contact number.
